Dr. Srinivasa Rao Kasisomayajula obtained Doctorate in Business Management (PhD) in 2012 from Osmania University, Hyderabad and successfully completed triple Master Degrees such as M.Com., MBA, MPhil from reputed Universities and teaching degree B.Ed. Currently, I am working as Associate Professor in Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science, Madanapally, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh. I have been rendering services in Teaching Industry around 26 years and inexperience of Teaching, Research, Administration in various reputed Engineering and Management Educational Institutions. I have sworn several administrative responsibilities such as Principal, Vice Principal and Head of the Department from various Management Institutions.

A prolific writer; I have authored 2 Text Books and 50 Research papers on Banking, Rural and economic development & contemporary management issues in various National and International journals of repute. I have presented several research papers around in 30 National and International seminars and conferences. I am a member in 27 International Peer reviewed journals and many others including India. I have attended 34 Faculty Development Programmes, Workshops and Short-term courses and also conducted several workshops and seminars. I am also a member in the Hyderabad Management Association, International Association of Academic Plus Corporate Society, Exclusive MBA Global and Research Stars. I have reviewed more than 300 articles for International peer-reviewed journals. I am an Adjudicator around 10 for Doctoral thesis in Commerce and Management in several Indian Universities such as Bharathiar, Bharathidasan and Anna Universities. I have delivered the keynote address at National and International Conferences on Contemporary Issues of Management and Information Technology. I have received Lifetime Achievement and several Distinguished & outstanding awards from various eminent and reputed National & International organisations for recognition of my academic achievements.

This was a very strong feeling but the big question, confronting me, was- How?
And this question was answered when I read a quote by Chankya which hold its relevance when he says

“The teacher is like a lamp who can show path to a number of people when it is dark but in this process he has to sacrifice itself.”

This statement has been wedged in my mind since those days and despite various kinds of vacillations in deciding my career path, this feeling dominated my mind and heart and prompted me to be a teacher.

Dwarkadas Prahladadas Kothari  is an educationist and professor who has held leadership positions at engineering institutions in India including IIT Delhi, Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur and VIT University, Vellore. Currently, He is with Electrical Engineering Department as Hon. Adjunct Professor. As a recognition of his contributions to engineering education, he was honoured as an IEEE Fellow. Previously he was Vice-Chancellor at VIT University. The 75th birthday also marks his 50 years of professional experience.

The University Grants Commission presented him the UGC National Swami Pranavananda Saraswati Award for 2005 on Education for his scholarly contributions. He is the recipient of the National Khosla Lifetime Achievement Award 2005 from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, National Award for Science and Technology from the Uttar Pradesh government in 2001 and the Eminent Engineering Personality award from the Institution of Engineers (India) for the year 2001. The World Management Congress, New Delhi, gave D. P. Kothari the Lifetime Achievement Award for ‘Educational Planning and Administration’ in December 2009. Dr. D. P. Kothari was selected to receive the Best Professor of the Year 2013 by Association of Scientists, Developers and Faculties.
