International Research Stars Publication Policy
The International Research Stars (IRS) is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity, transparency, and quality in scholarly publishing. Our publication policy ensures that all stakeholders—authors, editors, reviewers, and readers—are guided by ethical practices and professional standards.
1. Scope of Publication
IRS publishes multidisciplinary research across diverse domains including Management, Commerce, Economics, Social Sciences, Science, Technology, Humanities, and other allied areas. Emphasis is given to original, innovative, and impactful research that contributes to knowledge creation, policy development, and practical applications.
2. Editorial Independence
The editorial board functions independently to ensure fairness, impartiality, and integrity in the review and publication process. Decisions are based solely on the quality, originality, and relevance of submitted manuscripts.
3. Peer Review Process
All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review to ensure objectivity and academic rigor.
Reviewers are selected based on subject expertise, with strict confidentiality maintained throughout the process.
Constructive feedback is provided to authors for improvement, with the final decision resting with the editorial board.
4. Author Responsibilities
Authors must submit only original and unpublished work that is not under consideration elsewhere.
Proper citations and references must be provided to acknowledge prior work.
Plagiarism, falsification, or data manipulation will result in rejection or retraction.
All listed authors should have made a significant contribution to the work.
5. Plagiarism and Ethics Policy
IRS follows strict anti-plagiarism guidelines. Manuscripts are screened using reliable plagiarism detection tools. Submissions with more than the permissible similarity index will be returned or rejected. Ethical concerns, such as research misconduct, will be dealt with as per COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.
6. Open Access Policy
IRS journals follow an open-access publishing model, ensuring free and universal access to research without subscription barriers. This supports wider dissemination and citation of scholarly work.
7. Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain copyright of their published work while granting IRS the right of first publication.
Articles are published under a Creative Commons License (CC BY), allowing sharing and adaptation with proper attribution.
8. Conflict of Interest
Authors, reviewers, and editors must declare any potential conflicts of interest that may influence their objectivity in the research or review process.
9. Retraction and Correction Policy
IRS reserves the right to issue retractions, corrections, or clarifications in cases of errors, ethical violations, or misconduct, ensuring transparency and trust in the academic record.
10. Article Processing Charges (APC)
A minimal APC is applicable upon acceptance of the manuscript. This fee supports peer review, editorial management, indexing, archiving, and open-access availability.
11. Archiving and Indexing
All published articles are digitally archived to ensure permanent access and are indexed in recognized academic databases for enhanced visibility.
12. Policy Updates
IRS may revise its publication policy from time to time to align with global best practices in scholarly communication and ethical publishing.
