1. Peer Reviewers
Role of Reviewers
Reviewers support the quality, validity, originality, and academic integrity of manuscripts submitted to International Research Stars (IRS). They provide independent and constructive evaluations to assist the editorial team in making informed publication decisions.
Key Responsibilities of Reviewers
1. Evaluate Manuscript Quality
Assess the originality and relevance of the manuscript.
Evaluate the clarity of the research problem and objectives.
Examine the theoretical foundation and literature review.
Assess the appropriateness of the research methodology.
Review the accuracy and interpretation of results.
Evaluate the quality of discussion and conclusions.
2. Assess Research Methodology
Examine research design and sampling procedures.
Evaluate measurement instruments and data-collection procedures.
Assess the suitability of statistical or analytical techniques.
Check whether the conclusions are supported by the findings.
3. Evaluate Research Contribution
Assess the manuscript’s theoretical contribution.
Evaluate its practical and managerial implications.

2. Editorial Board Members (EBMs)
Role of Editorial Board Members
Editorial Board Members contribute to the academic direction, quality assurance, peer-review process, and international development of International Research Stars (IRS).
An EBM has broader responsibilities than a reviewer and may participate in editorial decision-making, reviewer selection, journal development, and scholarly quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities of EBMs
1. Support Editorial Decision-Making
Provide expert opinions on manuscripts.
Recommend appropriate editorial decisions.
Assist editors in resolving complex review issues.
Advise on manuscripts within their subject expertise.
2. Support the Peer-Review Process
Review manuscripts when requested.
Recommend qualified reviewers.
