Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy

Research Stars is committed to promoting high-quality, ethical, and globally accessible scholarly publishing through its open-access journals. To support the publication process and ensure immediate worldwide access to published research, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only after a manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication. Research Stars does not charge any manuscript submission fee, editorial screening fee, or peer-review fee.
The APC enables unrestricted online access to the published article and supports the complete publication workflow, including editorial administration, peer-review management, plagiarism screening, language and technical editing, copyediting, typesetting, layout formatting, metadata preparation, DOI registration, website hosting, digital archiving, indexing support, article dissemination, journal promotion, and long-term preservation of scholarly content.
