Research Stars Journals follows a transparent, ethical, and quality-oriented scholarly publication system. Authors are requested to carefully prepare and verify all required documents before manuscript submission. Proper submission compliance helps ensure smooth editorial screening, blind peer review, plagiarism verification, AI-content evaluation, and publication processing.
All submitted manuscripts must comply with the journal’s formatting, ethical, originality, and publication standards.
Mandatory Documents List
Authors must submit the following mandatory documents during manuscript submission Use the Microsoft Word template:
- Main Manuscript File
A complete manuscript prepared according to the Research Stars Journals formatting and article preparation guidelines.
The manuscript should include:
- Title
- Abstract
- Keywords
- Introduction
- Literature Review
- Methodology
- Data Analysis
- Findings and Conclusion
- Declarations
- References
- Other applicable sections
- Anonymous Manuscript File
A separate anonymous manuscript file must be submitted for blind peer review.
The anonymous file should not contain:
- Author names
- Institutional affiliations
- Email addresses
- Acknowledgements
- Self-identifying information
This process ensures confidentiality and unbiased peer review evaluation.
- Title Page
A separate title page must be submitted containing:
- Full manuscript title
- Author name(s)
- Institutional affiliation(s)
- Department and designation
- ORCID ID (if available)
- Corresponding author email address
- Mobile/contact details
- Copyright Transfer Form
Authors must submit a signed Copyright Transfer and Licensing Agreement confirming:
- Original authorship
- Publication permission
- Copyright compliance
- Open-access licensing agreement
- Author Declaration Form
A signed Author Declaration Form must confirm:
- Originality of the manuscript
- Ethical research compliance
- Approval from all co-authors
- No simultaneous submission to other journals
- Accuracy of research data and findings
- AI Declaration Statement
Authors must disclose the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, if applicable, during manuscript preparation.
The AI declaration should include:
- Name of the AI tool/software used
- Purpose of AI usage
- Extent of AI assistance
- Human verification and supervision process
Important Notes:
- AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
- Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, interpretation, and ethical integrity of the manuscript.
- Excessive or unethical AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.
- Plagiarism Report (If Required)
Authors may be required to submit a plagiarism similarity report generated through recognized plagiarism detection software such as:
- Turnitin
- iThenticate
The manuscript must comply with the journal originality standards.
- Ethical Approval Certificate (If Applicable)
Ethical approval documentation is required for studies involving:
- Human participants
- Surveys and interviews
- Clinical research
- Animal studies
- Sensitive or confidential data collection
Authors should provide:
- Institutional Ethical Committee approval
- Participant consent information where applicable
- Conflict of Interest Statement
Authors must disclose any:

- Sponsorship influence
that may affect the research or publication process.
If no conflict exists, authors should state:
“The authors declare no conflict of interest.”
- Funding Statement (If Applicable)
Authors must disclose details regarding:
- Research grants
- Funding agencies
- Institutional sponsorship
- Financial support received for the study
- Supplementary Files or Datasets (If Applicable)
Authors may submit additional supporting materials such as:
- Questionnaires
- Appendices
- Raw datasets
- Statistical outputs
- Multimedia files
- Additional tables or figures
Supplementary materials should be properly labeled and referenced within the manuscript.
Final Author Responsibility Note
Before submission, authors are strongly advised to verify that:

- The manuscript follows journal formatting guidelines

- Plagiarism and AI-content policies are satisfied
- References and citations are accurate
- All co-authors have approved the submission
